Our aim is to have a fun and inclusive event whilst raising money for our charities.
The format last year was Texas Scramble*. We think that this appealed to all teams, giving hope of scoring plenty of pars, a few birdies and maybe the odd eagle or two !
The WHS™ handicap system provides for a level playing field – Stroke Allowance is 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% of WHS Course Handicaps, Low to High. If no WHS handicap available, course handicap limits are Men (28), Ladies (36)
In addition to team prizes, we ran longest M&F drives, nearest the pin and an optional hole in one competition with a £5,000 prize on the 11th. Back by popular demand is “Beat The Pro” on the 13th where a well placed shot closer than the Pro’s effort won bragging rights and their money back!
Teams of 4 – entry is £40 per player/£160 per team of 4 (to include a BBQ at the Halfway House)
We helped to make up teams of four if you are short of a player or two.
Once again raised funds for our President’s Charities.
